Caustic Graphics is seeking a full-time Device Driver Engineer to develop high-performance driver software (both kernel and user space) for our cutting edge graphics technology. The primary focus will be Windows (WDM and WDF), but experience with Mac OS X and Linux driver development is highly desirable.
Requirements:
  • Experience architecting and implementing drivers on Windows XP and Vista (32 and 64 bit)

  • Experience with performance and stability critical drivers which directly access hardware (e.g. not via NDIS or other abstraction layers)

  • Proficiency with kernel level debugging and optimisation tools (e.g. WinDBG, VTune)

  • Deep understanding of PCIe DMA and interrupt management

  • Experience architecting and implementing performance critical multi-threaded user-space driver client code desirable

  • Mac OS X (IOkit) drivers experience desirable

  • Linux drivers greatly experience desirable

  • 4 years industry experience, or equivalent

  • Computer Science degree or equivalent

  • Current US work authorization
