Robert L. Daniels - Chairman of the Board
Robert Daniels was the founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of MRO Software, Inc. an enterprise software company founded in 1968. Initially founded as Project Software & Development, Inc. the company produced the first commercial Project Management system. Mr. Daniels successfully took the company public in 1994, and at the same time transitioned the company into the new market of Asset Maintenance Management. The company was bought by IBM in 2006 for $740 million.

Mr. Daniels holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Tufts University, and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from M.I.T.
Peter Hopper - Independent Director
Prior to founding DH Capital, Peter was Founder, President and CEO of DURO Communications, one of the largest privately held ISP/CLECs in the US. During Peter's tenure at DURO, the company completed nearly 50 acquisitions, raised over $200 million in equity and debt financing and grew the company to nearly $70 million in revenues.

Previous to DURO, Peter headed New Business Development for Helicon Cable, a top 25 MSO. At Helicon, Peter directed the company's ISP, paging and private carrier businesses and oversaw the launch of Helicon's cable modem service. Prior to Helicon, Peter was a foreign exchange trader with ANZ Bank in New York. Peter currently serves as a partner in BPI, LLC a $36 million private equity partnership. Peter holds a BS in Finance from Lehigh University.
Kevin C. McDonough - Independent Director
Kevin McDonough was co-founder, President & CEO of ChipData, Inc., an enterprise software company pioneering Design Chain Management to enhance the productivity and accuracy of system design engineers.

Prior to starting ChipData, Mr. McDonough was Sr. Vice President and General Manager of Cyrix Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Semiconductor Corporation. In this role, and his previous role of Sr. Vice President of Engineering Cyrix, he designed and brought to market more than 20 industry-leading microprocessors and math coprocessors. During his tenure, he was appointed a National Fellow, and served as a member of the Office of the President of Cyrix.

Prior to joining Cyrix, he spent 15 years with Texas Instruments where he led the design and development of Texas Instruments' first two generations of digital signal processors (DSPs). During his employment with Texas Instruments, he is credited with producing 23 patents, and was elected a Texas Instruments Fellow.

He also serves as a Director on the Board of Mentor Graphics Corporation (Nasdaq: MENT) and as a member of the Development Board for the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD).

Mr. McDonough holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Ohio State University.
